Orders will be shipped within 24 hours from time of receipt, except if placed Friday after 12 noon EST through Saturday.

  • Ground
    You will normally receive your order within 3-7 business days. There are certain times of the year, especially during November and December, where there may be slight delays. Please review the shipping carrier's website for further information on any delays they may be experiencing. Burt's Bees is not responsible for any shipping delays.

  • 2 Day Shipping
    You will receive your items within 3 business days (1 days to process your order + 2 days shipping)

  • United States Postal Service Priority (USPS) Priority
    This option is only available for PO BOX, APO, AK, HI, AA, AE, AS, AP, GU & VI.

 

Shipping Rules and Restrictions

If we experience higher order volume, there may be delays in shipment. Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

You may also choose to upgrade the shipping method for faster delivery (additional charges apply. See table above for details). Delivery times for 2 Day shipping are based on the day we download the order. Please make sure to allow for a two-day processing time when placing your order (see above table for details).

BrightWhitesOralCare.com is only able to ship to one shipping address per order. If you'd like to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each unique address.

 

ALASKA, HAWAII, U.S. TERRITORIES

Ground or USPS Priority must be selected.

 

P.O. BOXES AND APO/FPO ADDRESSES

Most items may be shipped to a P.O. Box or Military APO/FPO addresses, but some restrictions apply. Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses must be shipped via the United States Postal Service Priority (USPS) shipping method. Ground and 2Day shipping are not available.

 

INTERNATIONAL LOCATIONS

Dr. White's Bright Whites products are intended for end use in the United States. Products sold for end use in the U.S. are not labeled for international distribution. Dr. White's Bright Whites strictly prohibits the shipping of our product to any location outside the United States. Dr. White's Bright Whites reserves the right to cancel or modify any order.

When your order is received, we will send you an email confirming your order.

 

Tracking your Shipment

Dr. White's Bright Whites is not liable for any lost shipments when USPS is selected as the shipping method. The consumer is responsible for claiming all misplaced, lost or undelivered shipments directly with USPS.
